We are produce and sales animal feed, poultry feed, pig feed and Vacxin for animal...I am worked for Leong Hup Feedmill in Tan Truong IP, Hai Duong province:
Daily jobs report to General Manager Malaysia
Function of this position as following:
I- Human Resourse
- Manage budgets of recruitment, prepare a plan for recruitment for factory
- Manage training budgets and building a plan training for new employee and promotion training
- Building a promotion policies and replace employee.
- Building a standard jobs sheet for each department and recruitment procedure
- Building imaging of Hr department in company and with culture say “ Hello”in office
- Building a evaluation system to renew labor contract and increase salaries in yearly
- Building a KPIs evaluation system for departments and update in each quarter
- Building a description jobs sheet for departments
- Building a status wage scale, bonus, organize a admin system follow B.O.D instruction
- Manage working of staff in deparment and make a motivation, encouragement staff ( recruitment and training, C&B calculate, declare PIT, admin receiption )
- Building a program training for production as like update operation machine, processing
- Settle the regime to employee as like sick, pregnancy allowance following Vietnamese’s law code
- Monitor employee working time by checking daily attandance, calculate salaries, declare social insurrance and healthy insurance
- Manage labor contract and renew contract for employee, settle discripline
- Become a member of trade Union organize
- Behalf of Management to discipline employee
- Make some report send to government state as a requirement of quarter, monthly
- Advisory for B.O.D about Hr policy
II- Admin
- Building a rule to use assets and equipments in office and factory
- Setup some rules and admin form for manager approve
- Manage company’s car and arrange Car for B.O.D and employee
- As a bridge to connect between employee and employer
- Behalf of B.O.D to solve employee violation of regulation
- Behalf of B.O.D meeting with authorise state and Hai Dương industrial zone
- Manage general affair ( uniform, water waster, environment, extend visa, workpermit )
- Manage public health service
- Manage admin’s budget
- Manage all service of subcontract as like security, Canteen, maintenance ..cleanning
- Manage foreigner employee list as like extend Visa, do workpermit, temp resident card ..
- Monitor expensive of admin’s activities as like Hotel, rental house for expatriate, taxi, inspect lift, calibration, weight scale….
- Monitor to book and to use a meeting room of each department
- Manage the CCTV system
- Make some report send to government state
III- HSE
- Building a plan to monitor hygiene and fire fighting activities training, garbage as like government requested .
- Manage following environment rule, safety rules, manage hamful garbage, Industrial, living garbage
- Monitor to obey environment law as DTM and after DTM mention
- Holding yearly training about Safety, First air
- Followining medical checkup yearly for employee - Survey working environment each quarter a time
- Design and monitor to remind by signal danger in working environment
- Make some report send to government state

1. Responsible monitor all activities of administration department as book airline ticket - Booking Hotel, responsible monitoring and reporting activites about security service, delivery uniform, monthly submit a payment form to Accounting dept, Monitor doctor room ( First aid, public medical ), Office stationary- Taxi fee
2. Canteen ( meal fee payment, hygiene fee ) - Electricity and water - waste water payment, Monitoring submit a report for government as ( status’s employee, status’s accident……. )
3. Make a schedule to check healthy for all employee ( one year one time ) and training safety and first aid, fire fighting
4. Plan to repair and maintenance all equipments in factory as ( Air condition, chairs and table, lock, print machine, fax, desk phone machine..... )
5. Responsible before the HR manager and Director mamager in monitoring working hours of emplyee and recruiting worker and orientation training employee
6. Monitoring the activities of subcontractors, suppliers outsourced workers, buy new assets
7. Monitoring the CCTV system
8. Building a KPIs evaluation system for each department and update in each quarter
9. Prepare a PR to buy tools and equipments
10. Responsible monitor the promotional product
11. Monitor expensive of admin’s activity as like Hotel, rental house for expatriate, taxi, inspect lift, calibration, weight scale
12. Holding some events following requirement of B.O.D
13. Attend the ISO committee GMP and Objective, Goals Strateies Measurement (OGSM) uniform, PPE..... Prevent fire fighting
14. Organize monthly training for production leader Manufacturing Technical Procedure ( MTP)
15. Make some reports send to government state

4. Make a Pccc, safety, first aid training schedule yearly
5. Organize training innovation and Kaizen for leader of departments
6. Building a 5S committee and training for team
C- GA and Hr
1. Manage to check calculated salaries, monthly payment and settle the regime to employee as like sick, pregnancy allowance following Vietnamese law
2. Manage security activities in dormitory and security service
3. Manage medical activities, car team, Locker, canteen and cleaning service
4. Making a medical checkup yearly
5. Suggest buy and manage equipments in office, office stationery, uniform …
6. Manage admin rights in Hr system software and suggest a strategies in Human dept
7. Prepare new visa for worker sent to training in oversea
8. Manage foreigner list, company document, seal
9. Manage Kaizen team and 5S team
10. Behalf of management board meeting with government
11. Monitor checking attendant, calculate salaries and open ATM card
12. Monitoring declare social insurance, health insurance and regime payment for employee
13. Cooperate with trade to reply question from employee
14. Manage monthly adnin and Hr budgets
15. Other jobs assigned by B.O.D
