Mô tả về công việc	Manage many important events which related to some industries, such as: livestock industry, paper industry, rubber and plastic industry, coatings and paint industry, etc in Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar market. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: • Implement of exhibition projects from planning, recruiting exhibitors / visitors, liaison with business partners and media, on-site management to post-event evaluation (6 project in hand within 3 main markets: Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar) • Plan and forecast budget and revenue and monitor expenses of assigned fairs; • Implement and develop new ideas and ways to constantly improve the quality of shows; • Travel in local and overseas by frequently in order to visit the competitors’ trade shows, and update the industry knowledge and the international market by meeting with international clients and industrial experts. • Establish & maintain good relationships with embassies, trade boards, agents, associations and publications; • Review current market environment regularly and make adjustments to business and strategic plans to respond to changes • Lead the team to complete the tasks to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction. • Advise, formulate and implement marketing campaigns • Create content concept to support sale and marketing activities( website, PR advertorial, visitor promotion material, e-newsletter, etc) SALE: • Find new customers and effective ways to reaching them; • Maintain and develop good relationships with key clients. • Prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects; CLIENTS • Understand the customers’ needs to consult them with all suitable information related to exhibition, events and service; • Planning and implementing promotional / advertising / digital media campaign for exhibitor when required; • Coordinates with international partner and local supplier to support clients for the booth construction, booth design, and freight forwarder arrangement; • Arrange short activities as requires (B2B, local factory tour, market tour, press conference, etc) ACHIEVEMENTS: • Getting a promotion after 1 year • Managing 2 biggest projects in company; expanding double scale within 4 years.
