Mô tả công việc:

1. Implementation of the outgoing inspection activity for the factory
- Seting and building up outgoing inspection method to prevent the quality issue happen at customer side
- Make new quality procedure to perform inspection activity satisfy and suitable quality management requirement or ensure all quality procedure are kept
- Establish out going inspection vision, target and action plan as well as measure and monitor in period as daily, weekly, monthly…
- Report to top management bout quality situation, result of quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
- Leading and training skills, quality knowledge such as quality procedure, quality problem solving for under staffs as well as leadership
2. Implementation of the customer issues improvement
- Handle customer complaint and communicate other sections to drive quality improvement as well as customer's satisfaction.
- Coordinate to related departments (production, technical, headquarter, ….) in investigating
and improving quality issues to prevent it escape to the customer side
3. Ougoing inspection organizaton manage
- Overall manage out going inspection dept on human resouce, working enviroment…
- Make plan to recuit, control and training manpower, assign job for each group and staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduated.
- Over 5 years of experience in the PCB or mobile devices industry.
- Experience in working at factory, experience in product engineering or supplier quality (Samsung vendor is preferred)
- Experience in quality tools such 7  tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D report
- ISO 9001 awareness and audit skills
- Good communicate in english
- Good at office sofware (Power point, excel)
- Comunication, coaching, team work skills
- Ability to work under high pressure, able to handle challenge and pressure from customers

Ngoại ngữ : Tiếng Anh thành thạo,Tiếng Hàn cơ bản.

Kỹ năng chuyên môn : Khảo sát·Thống kê·Nghiên cứu.

Độ tuổi: 30-35 tuổi

Mức lương: Thỏa thuận
