J-POINT Guide

       

 

1. What is J-POINT ?

J-POINT is a special benefit of JOBPRO. It is a service that save points more according to the use result and offers more benefits to use same cash.

 

2. Save for J-POINT

When you pay a corporate member fee service (Job Posting service, View Resume service, Package product, etc.), you can save a certain percentage of the payment amount and receive discount at that point when using the next paid service.

At the end of the 1st payment, the difference will be deducted from the actual payment amount excluding VAT. (Excluding Coupon and J-POINT use amount). Only payment in J-POINT is not possible for payment points.

※ Points will be saved base on final payment (excluding VAT). J-POINT is not saved when coupon is used.

 

3. Using J-POINT

J-POINT can be used for paying services (Job Posting service, Resume View service, Package, etc.) and can be used in duplicate with coupon.

(Excluding SMS service)

• Usage Notes

- All payment by J-POINT: When the point is equal to or more than the total payment amount

- Partial payment by J-POINT: Available when the point is less than the total payment amount

- Points will be deducted when you complete your final payment, and points will not be deducted when abnormal termination before payment is completed. 

 

4. Payment Cancel / Refund

In case of payment cancel / refund, J-POINT which was saved at the time of payment is deducted again.

If you have already used the deductible points, deduct them from your existing savings. If there are no deductible points, you will be deducted for future payments.

 

5. Expiration of J-POINT

The validity period of J-POINT is one year (365 days) from the date of the first saved, and the expiration date is expunged from the closest point sequentially. If you leave company membership, the points will be extinguished completely and will not be transferred to the re-sign up ID.

• Example of the extinction of saved points

- Saved 200,000 points on 2018.01.15 → 200,000 points will expire on 2019.01.16 00:00

- We will send out an expiration notification e-mail about 'Scheduled Expiration Point within 1 month ~ next 3 months'. (1st day of every month)
