SMBL COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

SMBL was established in 2005 as form of 100% Foreign Direct Investment Corporation from South Korea.

The head quarter is in Hanoi, Vietnam. In 2018, it is expected to open the company branches or representative offices in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), Seoul (Korea), and Yangon (Myanmar), Laos & Cambodia. SMBL stands for Small-Medium Business Link.

We specialize in providing integrated marketing services for Small & Medium sized companies (both Korean and Vietnamese enterprises) such as direct marketing, holding exhibitions, business matching events and market research, local agency, PCO (Professional Congress Organizer). Besides, we also deal with government bidding for military hi-tech telecommunication and aircraft fields. From 2018, SMBL will extend Sales & Distribution business with the mission of importing hot & outstanding Korean products & distributing in Vietnam market. It is expected to be key & strategic business field of the company in coming time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Sale Manager

Quantity: 1

 

1. Main tasks:

- Plan & carry out sales & distribution plan for new product, service requested by the company

- Plan & carry out monthly, quarterly, yearly business plan for Department of Sales & Distribution.

- Plan the estimated budget to launch new product, service in the market, set up KPIs for sales & distribution activities.

- Search potential clients, partners for new product, service trading by the company

- Analyze, evaluate, do market research about new product & service, competitor, distribution channel and then give consultancy to the company leaders about strategy to promote this new product & service in Vietnam market.

- Take responsibility for sales target, revenue & benefit to the company’s leader

- Analyze, report sales & distribution result compared with monthly, quarterly, yearly business plan.

- Directly manage, operate activities of all staffs in Sales & Distribution Department.

 

 2. Other tasks:

- Take responsibility to train sales staffs, recruit salesman suitable with business activities of Department of Sales & Distribution.

- Cooperate to do implementation of import procedure to import new products into Vietnam

- Take part in other activities of the company

- Other tasks requested by the company leader.

Title: Marketing Executive Marketing

- Trade Mission & Exhibition Promotion:

Organize Korea-Vietnam Business Matching program, Trade Fair, Exhibition in Vietnam, Korea;

Find Vietnam buyer/partner matching with demand of Korean clients

Build Vietnam customer database; Find & support customers in B2B.

- Marketing Analyst:

Make plan & do market research, market survey & manage consulting projects

Cooperate with sales team to do market pre-research before selling items in Vietnam.

- Marketing Communication:

Day-to-day contact with all targeted governmental Departments, local media & businesses and potential customers.

- Other marketing tasks

Title: Receptionist cum Admin Staff (Admin beginner)

Quantity: 1

 

- Receive & welcome clients & visitors
- Answer & transfer incoming calls in a professional manner

- Book air tickets, hotel, rent car 
- Plan & report daily/ monthly office expense,
- Maintain & update contact details, working time of staffs in office
- Planning & order things for Office using such as stationery, name card, etc. 
- Cooperate with marketing Department for holding event

- Cooperate with HR Department for staff recruitment
- Support visa, working permit application for Korean staffs in office 

- Keep the reception area clean & neatly, 
- Other admin tasks as assigned by GM

 Title: Sale Manager

 

- University graduate, major in business, marketing & relevant discipline

- At least 5 years working experience in sales & distribution, retailing consumer goods, especially in foodstuff, cosmetic, pharmaceutical products, household equipment, science equipment and building materials

- At least 3 years in position of Sales Manager.

- Have good knowledge and experience in sales, distribution, retailing in Vietnam market

- Have relationship with the distribution system in the market

- Have good management, planning ability

- Have passion in Sales & Distribution

- Willing to go business trip upon job request

- General Request: Age 30-38
