- Role & Responsibilities/Vai trò trách nhiệm: 

* To achieve target for output volume, plant uptime, board quality and unit cost for the  production and maintenance./* Đảm bảo mục tiêu cho khối lượng đầu ra, thời gian hoạt động của nhà máy, chất lượng  và chi phí cho sản xuất và bảo trì.
* To implement the company's policies on quality, environment, safety and health and orporate governance./Thực hiện các chính sách của công ty về chất lượng, môi trường, an toàn và sức khỏe và quản trị hợp nhất.
* To upgrade employee competency levels through appropriate training including the company's skill development program./Nâng cấp trình độ năng lực của nhân viên thông qua đào tạo phù hợp bao gồm chương trình phát triển kỹ năng của công ty.
* To contribute to profit growth by continuous improvement of processes, procedures and products./Đóng góp  tăng trưởng lợi nhuận bằng cách cải tiến liên tục các quy trình, thủ tục và sản phẩm.
* To manage the plant operations of production and maintenance/ Quản lý các hoạt động của nhà máy sản xuất và bảo trì

Educational Background: 4 years uiversity

2. Yêu cầu công việc: 

- Qualification/ Trình độ chuyên môn: 

* Degree in related field(wood Tech. or Engineering background) with 3 years experience in related discipline (Executive level in manufacturing) or Diploma in related field(wood Tech. or Engineering background) with 5years experience in related discipline (executive level in manufacturing).* Bằng cấp trong lĩnh vực liên quan (Công nghệ gỗ   Kỹ thuật cơ bản) với 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan (cấp điều hành trong sản xuất) hoặc Văn bằng trong lĩnh vực liên quan (Công nghệ gỗ   Kỹ thuật cơ bản) với 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành liên quan (cấp điều hành trong sản xuất )
* Above the intermediate level of English or Korean./ Trên trình độ trung cấp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
* Need ability to lead small employees group for 3 years at least./Cần khả năng lãnh đạo nhóm nhân viên nhỏ trong ít nhất 3 năm

Major/Department: Biology·Chemical Engineering,Advanced Materials·Materials Engineering,Industrial Engineering,Agriculture and Fisheries·Oceanography.

Foreign Language : English,Korean Language.
