Job description Manage service activities of 12 dealers: Honda Viet Tri, Hyundai Viet Tri, Vinfast Viet Tri, Honda Vinh Phuc, Hyundai Ha Dong, KIA Thai Binh, Mazda Thai Binh, Vinfast Nam Dinh, Mitsubishi Quang Ninh, Honda Binh Duong, Honda Binh Phuoc, Honda Kien Giang
Manage service activities
• Receive and check carefully the authenticity of service revenue data report from dealers and compare with SAP system
• Summarize and build up the charts of key KPIs to clear the trend of development and compare with the internal targets every week. Meeting with dealer if do not meet the internal targets.
• At first of month, analyze service KPIs data, summarize, build up charts and report to company’s Board Of Director the results of system and discuss the actions next month
• Visit weak dealers to review the poor revenue results and discuss the reasons, root causes and align the PDCA improvement actions



Accessory sales development
• Build up set of accessory catalogue for each model car. Select the suitable products with each model car, model year. Show up the good points, highlights, benefits, characteristic and display inside the catalogue
• Training new accessory products and accessory for new model car for dealer staffs whenever launching new products/model
• Work with accessory suppliers design and make the accessory rack for displaying in the dealer showroom. Select the accessories and display into this rack separate to 2 area: utilities accessory and beautified accessory

Soft skills training
• Compose and train the soft skills for new dealer staffs
• Compose and train the specialized skills for parts staffs
• Training for foreman the service process flow, operate the board of service controller

Dealer Operation Evaluation
• Build up the evaluation criterias for all the fields: Sales, service, parts operation, quality control, CR, administrative personnel, safety and environment
• Using this set of evaluation standard to reviews all the dealer operation’s fields once/week. Meeting with all dealer’s section and show up the good points, weak points and discuss action plan with dealer
• Report evaluation results to BOD for clearing current dealer’s operation status and share this result to other related section to support dealer improve

SAP system activity
• As a member of Board of SAP Project, built up service and sales processes need to be writing into SAP system from beginning
• UAT – User Acceptance Testing all the Sales and Service processes to find out the mistakes, problems and feedback Citek site to fix or revise software program
• Golive SAP. Collect Sales and Service data for standardized, cleared and transfer data to Citek for uploading into SAP system. Support dealer on site 1 first week after Golive SAP
• Training and support End Users of dealers perform sales and service processes in the SAP system directly
• Support SAP End User whenever as requirement daily.
• Check service data detailed report, detect and evaluate End User’s mistake every day. Fix mistakes and conduct dealer input right data next time

• Compose rules and policy about gradation of level general job, body and paint technician
• Prepare bank of examination questionnares for general job, body and painting testing
• Other jobs assigned by vice director and investor
