- Maintenance, update, tweak and repair the computer systems, networks, and I.T.infrastructure.

- Set up the new technologies, configuring systems and providing everyday technical support for the individuals using the computer systems and I.T. network.

- Working on a helpdesk.

학력: 대학4년 졸업

지원자격

- Preferable 1-2 years of experience in related areas

- Acquire degree and experience in information technology, hardware knowledge to consult the purchasing and repair process. - Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing Fundamentals (CCNA is a plus)

- Knowledge of setup and configuration of Cisco, Unifi, Grandstream devices such as router, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus

- Ability to read and understand English technical documents in order to acquire, develop knowledge in the process of IT training. - Self-study and self-learning on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills

- Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills

- Working Location: Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
