Position/Title: Staff
Recruiting Sectors/Job Descriptions:
- In charge of teaching and training ESL programs, ensure the best quality services and satisfy a maximum of customers’ requirements
- Assist Admissions Officers in conducting Placement Tests in order to determine the most suitable classes for students
- Assist in designing and developing teaching materials for the center
- Developing teaching materials, adding more (if necessary), organizing and arranging the given classes to reach highest efficiency
- In coordinate with design/video edit team, produce the high quality video lessons and posts on Facebook/ Youtube channel
- Send weekly/month reports to the academic manager
- Take part in other language and other activities including but not limited to PR/Marketing events for the company as required by Board of Directors
Qualifications and preferential terms
Educational Background: 4 years uiversity
Apply Qualification
- BS degree in teaching/ education/ English should be prefered - English language proficiency: IELTS 8.0+ or equivalent
- An international qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA, TESOL or equivalent): Your certification must be from a recognized provider and be a minimum of a 4 week course with an observed teaching component.
- Strong passion for teaching and training ESL/ IELTS
- At least 2 years' teaching experience should be preferred
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
