Mô tả về công việc	1. Recruitment: - Make a plan for headcount of departments - Work with line managers verify about recruiting demand, build job description in detail and publish in recruitment website - Build, develop and monitor recruitment activities and procedure comply with company regulation - Responsible for recruiting both back office and Sales division, Technical Division - Collect curriculum vitae of candidates, make a plan of interviewing for each position, coordinate with managers to make a decision after finishing final interview round. - Issue offer letter & labor contract, coordinate to related department to inform about new comer. 2. C&B: - Manage time sheet, punctuality, annual leave and overtime record and calculate payroll monthly. - Handle the Social Insurance report: sick, maternity, insurance book 3. General affairs: - Issue stationery for new comer and orientation for new comer in first working day. - Update the employee database, manage the labor contract renewal - Making announcement for newcomer, resignation or employee changes - Work with the MD and department head for matter related to employee discipline and relationship, making Memorandum - Be responsible for business trip arrangement, official rental, parking, internal events, ticket booking, health check, accident insurance, car insurance, office cleaner , equipment maintenance - Cash control and follow vendors/ suppliers payment - Establish, develop and maintain HR engagement, policies and documentation - Solve internal problems between staffs and managers - Other management work as required from the MD.
