Mô tả công việc:
• Identifies new opportunities via interactions with Korean Company in Vietnam
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the HR consultancy services addressing/predicting clients’ needs
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Makes presentations on behalf of the Company at networking events, HR conferences, and other venues.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for Client’s open roles
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
• Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
• Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
• Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 0 + years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written English, Vietnamese, and Korean communication skills and formal
presentation skills
Key competencies and personal attributes (knowledge and soft skill requirements):
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to influence others to reach common goals as well as act
independently
• Strong networking, organizational, analytic, and sound judgment
• Good understanding of industry trend and competitive landscape
• Strong business acumen and ability to frame attractive business opportunities
